PAW Kitties is a non-profit organisation based in Auckland, New Zealand.
We take in unwanted, stray, sick and abandoned cats and kittens in the Auckland region. We provide medical care and coordinate foster homes (and taming where required) then re-home when the time is right.
Averaging 80 cats per year; all are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flead and wormed prior to adoption.
In addition to rescue and rehoming, we provide free cat desexing for low income earners by running “de-sexathons”; a mass spay and neuter campaign operated by volunteer vets, vet nurses and other members of the public.
We also loan humane cat traps to catch stray and feral cats and have them health checked, desexed if healthy and returned to their location.
PAW Kitties is a fully registered Charitable Trust, our Charity Number is CC54478.
