Meet Peter; a sweet, gentle boy who is finally ready to live the life he has always deserved.
Found near a construction site, starving to death, you might recognize him from a recent Facebook post regarding his health status. While Petey did arrive in a bad state both mentally and physically, things grew worse when masses were found inside his tummy. He developed a fever, he was unable to eat or poop, and his condition deteriorated rapidly. When the masses were taken out, it was found that this poor little man in his state of desperation ate some pieces of rubber.
Everything changed for Peter after that. This tiny, mellow boy is now gentle, sweet, and loving. A chin scratch melts him into a puddle of drool and as you hold him in your arms and he looks up to you with those big green eyes, you know he is so much happier than he ever was before.
Peter is looking for a home that will respect his boundaries as he can be quite shy at first. He is very very mellow and he can go to a home with both dogs and cats. We suggest a family with older children as Peter can get frazzled with too many humans and might slap a hand if he is getting annoyed (never in a mean way!).
A couple weeks ago Petey did have exploratory surgery so he does have a scar on his tummy and his stitches are slowly dissolving but this doesn’t impair him at all.
Peter is an amazing little boy with a soft, and gentle personality. All he wants to do is cuddle and be with you and that is exactly what he deserves!
Peter is desexed, microchipped, and vaccinated which is included in his adoption fee of $200.
We estimate him to be around 4 months old.
